Although I don’t sell any of my crafts commercially, because I’m an IP attorney I have been careful to only install fonts on my computer that include a commercial license. These include open source licenses as well as commercial fonts that are distributed for free with commercial licenses.
Many of these sites offer commercial licenses with their free files. Some of the sites offer one new free font each day or each week. Do not assume that a commercial license is granted. Instead, be sure and check the license yourself.
