Glazed donuts were a lot easier than I thought they would be. You make the dough easily with a stand mixer. It then stays in the fridge overnight or up to 48 hours.
Watch the temperature of the oil. I fried the donuts for 1 minute on each side and they were a little underdone. Next time I’ll try 1 minute 15 seconds on each side.
